[Ducking his head, Dick looks at her from beneath his long lashes, enjoy the banter and flirtation currently. One thing Dick has always been fairly good at was talking sex. He runs back down to meet Guin outside and has her greet the man at the front desk, letting him know that he might be seeing her again, and that she's more than welcome to come up the elevator, and that Dick would see to letting her in. Inside the elevator, Dick hits the button for the top floor, and shows her the panel where she can punch in the code to by-pass security.

Right now, he punches in a general code that lets them both into his apartment, most days he has it set to something special that allows people up and notifies him so that he can let them in after they reach the alcove to his door. The door's unlocked. ]
