I hired people. There are a few things that I splurge on now and then. I had this rooftop updated, all the security put in, including the front doorman and had my apartment done.

[There's a little bit of guilt there. Dick could have gone further uptown and stayed there, but he prefers to be closer to the action if things get nasty. It's a little bit less nice of an area here, but his place has the built in secret exit to the fire escape which works so that no one can see him coming and going as Nightwing and when he needs to get where he's going he can. Plus, there's a nearby building that offers a chopper pad if he's got to get to another city quickly.

Like I said, I've done renovation on the building. This is one of the older sections of town and an older building. I like to give back when I can. This area needed some improvements, and this is one way I can do that. I used all local contractors and goods when I could. I had been living in a small town before this outside of Metropolis, so this was a good change.
