I grew up in Gotham, so that's all that I knew for a long time. It took me a while to branch out, but my brand of work will always be tied to big cities. I will always have a tie to Bruce Wayne, no matter how much I tried to push away from him, but it's important. I like my place now. It fits me.

[He used to have a lot more troubles with Bruce, but they've made a temporary peace after Bruce took a dive off the deep end and killed the Joker. It's a large world out there, and there are plenty of criminals for Dick to send off to the pound, whatever flavor they are. There's people who run underground gigs in pretty much every big city, and he's here to break them down and put them down for good, all the way to the top rung.

Dedication to work has always been important to him, but getting out and meeting people is important too now-- so it's nice to be up here with Guin. He smiles at her thoughts on being a superhero. He could see her giving Dove a run for her money.

I've known a couple superheros that were nothing more than really tough ass people, working hard to keep assholes off the street. I imagine that you count.
