Dick had been an interesting case study from the start. Not that Jace thought of him as such any more - they were so beyond the Shadowhunter's curiosity that they had actually turned not just from a dalliance or a one night stand but into an actual relationship. Even that first time, fresh from battle and the shower, Jace hadn't known what to expect. For some reason, he'd never considered the protege of Batman could have had a generous bone in his body. If anything, Dick was too generous.
