[in his small talk with bruce, dick deduced as much about gotham. he had a feeling that jason had been picking up the slack and that was one of his reasons for coming in the first place. dick hadn't come here to confess a crush he wasn't aware of having. he came to help out. he didn't know if his help would be wanted and that was what he wanted to talk to jason about.

what ended up coming out was completely different. wow did it end up being different. now he couldn't even imagine it going another way. this felt so right. dick hadn't had anything up to this point that settled into place so easily.

dick knows that it's not easy to take kisses over bruises, but he promised a new way to fix the pain and this was all he knew to make things a little easier. plus, it made dick feel better too. he wanted to put his mouth on every single piece of pain that jason had and mark it.

[dick goes over to where he's got the medical supplies laid out, and grabs the tape along with some gauze, and then some cream to put over the road rash on jason's back. it should keep the infection out. he's got a little soap and water to clean up the rocks. it's going to sting, but that's better than what happens if it's not cleaned.]

i went to a safehouse. i talked to bruce before i came and he coded me into a few. i knew this was there from when i used it a while back.

[coming back he begins to pull out the tape and has jason lift his arm up and lean over so he can get a tight stretch across the muscles and rib area. ]
