( it's difficult to want to pull away from this — from the warmth and feeling of dick beneath him like he is. he can't remember the last time he was in bed with someone. it's been awhile to say the least and not anything he makes a habit out of, even to save face; he's not there yet.

but he finds this moment to be one some part of him doesn't want to pull away from. he chalks it up to exhaustion, both emotionally and physically, and how much easier it is to simply sink into the warmth of both bed and a body within it, than to pull away from it.

still, he will. if even to remove his weight from dick. but it's not without a lazy brush of lips over the slope of a shoulder and a featherlight nosing after before he's lazily pulling himself away from dick, a quick marvel at the way his mess looks spilling between the other man's thighs, rolling into the space beside him there on the bed. his skin is flushed, covered in a sheen of sweat, and strands of dark hair stick to his temples as he lays back. as he catches his breath. as he takes in everything felt both in the physical and emotional sense.

this is where it feels awkward. where he feels awkward and doesn't know what to do or say — if he should even do or say anything at all. so he lays there. quiet. taking those few seconds to simply even out his breath before he's running fingers down his face, letting them fall away to the sheets. )
