You can really fly.

This was the day that Dick had been looking forward to. A part of him wanted to take a hike to some of the really dangerous cliff diving places, but he wasn't sure how Jason felt about any of that. He knew they both loved danger and excitement and would do about anything for the thrill, but he wasn't sure about how strong Jason's swimming skills were and so he kept things relatively safe.

The beach was near and the riptides wouldn't drag either of them out to sea if they didn't swim as strongly as they thought they could. This was the wild ocean, at one of its more dangerous times of the year. Dick still did his best and chose a spot that was a favorite with the locals and not the tourists. He figured they'd go on a weekday and not the weekend so they wouldn't be so crowded.

Alan Davis Beach was on the east side of the Island, and it had a little bit of everything. There were lots of planks and wooden sticks stuck out in the rocky out croppings for people to dive off into the wickedly ice blue of the ocean at a ton of different heights. Dick could flip and fly until his heart was content. He'd get to show off all his acrobatic moves.

He practically skipped from their rented jeep along the path backward as they made their way to the beachhead. "Look how clear the water is. They said you can see turtles from the top, when you look down to dive. Giant turtles waiting for you to dive in with them. Plus there's a lot of snorkeling." Grabbing Jason's hand, Dick kisses it before he dives straight into the ocean from one of the bridges.

"Hurry, the water is amazing. Oh, and then when we get tired here, there's a forty-five minute hike to this really great place with tide pools, that got like huge water canons and shit." Dick dives under the water and comes up near the rocks, patiently waiting for Jason.
