"Like I said we're different. A lot of things are different between this and the woman I've dated. They like the spontaneous, so I have to figure that to you when I do that it feels more like you're working and I'm not that. I have to train myself to be something a little different." He pauses and noses against Iggy's cheek. Then looks at him seriously.

"I do like sex though, Iggy. I don't want it every time we hang out. The grab was flirty, and I didn't expect sex. I wouldn't have minded if anything happened if you wanted it, but I do like it, a lot. I don't want you to feel like I'm one of your men though. I can't be. We have to find some sort of middle ground." Dick sighed a little and ruffled his brow. He didn't mind spending hours making out on the couch, or laying around doing nothing. He did that often enough.

He was fine with dates and having fun, but he was also flirty, and playful with the people he liked. He was a sexual being, and it was a goto outside of work, because it took the pressure off.
